Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for sending the item back safely.

If a returned product is damaged during return shipping, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store voucher, depending on the situation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the mistake is from our side.

If an exchange is approved, delivery charges of Rs. 199 will apply for the reshipped item.
